Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. We do our best to ship within 3 business days, however depending on our current order volume it may take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is on its way you will receive an email with tracking information.
Due to the nature of our products we regrettably cannot accept returns. As each of our products are made in small batches with 100% natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, shape, and texture from product to product. That being said, if there is a defect with the product, please contact us for a replacement.
In the rare circumstance that your package was damaged during shipment, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage in your email. Please be aware that we cannot offer replacements or shop credit for items that have been marked as 'delivered' by the carrier.
What does "100% pure, natural botanicals" mean?
Our ingredients are sourced as close to nature as we can get them. This means that the essential oils we use are GC-MS tested and free of adulterants and synthetic compounds. Our dried botanicals are always certified organic or wild-harvested, and our clays and salts are cosmetic-grade. We take care to choose cold-pressed vegetable oils and butters over those that are highly-refined. Every ingredient is selected with care and love for our bodies and our planet.
Do you test on animals?
We definitely do not test on animals, and each ingredient we use has been screened to make sure our suppliers and manufacturers don't either. Because this means so much to us, we are happy to say that we are currently working with an independent certifier to make this promise even more official and guaranteed in the near future.
Where did the Botanical Soaps and Soaking Salts go?
We're currently working on an exciting new line and to make room for production we're phasing out the soaps and salts. Once they're sold out they will disappear from our shop. Stay tuned for the new products soon!
Are your products: Vegan, Nut-free, Gluten-free?
All of our products are 100% vegan, with the exception of our botanical soaps which contain tiny amounts of silk. However, we have carefully sourced silk produced through cruelty-free cultivation, rather than factory farms, so that we can be assured that no harm comes to the magical creatures who supply us with this beautiful material. We refrain from using oils derived from common allergens such as peanuts, soy, hazelnuts, walnuts, macadamia, almonds, and sesame. All of our products are naturally gluten-free. However, it is always recommendable to do a skin test with any products before use to assure compatibility, as every body differs. If you develop any adverse reactions please stop using the product right away.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Natural scents and colors fade over time, and since our products are all-natural, we recommend using them within one year. Store the products out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place with closures tightly sealed to ensure the highest quality experience.

Our products are made in-house at our sunlit studio in Portland, Oregon.
